Great design is all about balance. Many people mistake balance for symmetry, but really, you don’t have to have a matching pair of lamps to create a well balanced space. Instead, think more about height and weight. If a room feels like it’s floating, the best way to anchor it is through the balance of color and form. Trust your instincts!
